WHAT’S HAPPENING?

With many parts of the copper network prone to faults, servicing the network is becoming increasingly difficult. Due to this, Mercury will be retiring all copper-based landline and internet services by November 2025.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

If your current service is using the copper network, it will need to be transitioned to a newer technology. We're here to help you understand if this change affects you and what your options are.
