To process your move, we’ll need the following details from you:

  • Your confirmed move in date 

  • Your new address

  • Which services you’d like to move or connect 

When is the best time to let you know that I’m moving?

Once your moving date is confirmed, it’s best to let us know as soon as possible, or at least a few days before, so we can move your services. If you’ve already moved into your new house, please contact us so we can have your services moved.
