We're piloting eSIM for our current customers. If you're an existing Mercury Mobile customer and your phone is eSIM compatible, here's how to make the switch:
- Getting a new eSIM-compatible phone? Moving to a new device is easy. We'll help you set up your eSIM.
- Lost or stolen phone? We'll get you reconnected fast. Call us at 0800 10 18 10 to activate an eSIM on your replacement device and keep your original number.
- Ready to switch your current phone to eSIM? If your current device supports eSIM, we can help you make the switch from your physical SIM.
To get started, make sure your phone is eSIM compatible, then contact us to begin the switch. Please note: we're not able to offer eSIM to new mobile customers at this time.
